As a general rule, Saturday rehearsals will be held at LCI and Friday rehearsals will be held at the Carriageworks Theatre.

Like any society there are membership fees generally due September each year. The total is £190 and breaks down as:
- £115 membership for LYO
- £75 Artforms fee.
Importantly there is a reduced fee for standard and common situations (e.g. Leeds families where child gets free school meals). Details on the criteria available on request, just ask, and included in the information deck for new members.
